RYA Tender Courses
RYA Powerboat Level 2 Certificate / I.C.C. (International Certificate of Competence)
Duration: 2 days or 1 day direct assessment
Aim: An entry level course that is a minimum requirement for every crew member and deckhand that provides the skills and knowledge needed to drive a powerboat and is the basis of the International Certificate of Competence.
Course pre-requisites: None (minimum age 16 yrs)
RYA Powerboat Level 2 Courses & Assessments can be run onboard your tender, at your location anywhere in the U.K.
RYA Powerboat Courses can be run at our U.K. centre (Poole Harbour, Dorset)
Commercially Endorsed Powerboat Licence*
It is also possible to gain a Commercial endorsement from the RYA Powerboat Level 2 certificate if accompanied by the following short courses: RYA or STCW first aid, RYA or STCW Sea Survival, RYA VHF/SRC marine radio and RYA Professional Practices and Responsibilities.
